There is only one God
God is one, but He manifests Himself in three specific ways, according to the word. He is not three Gods, but one, omnipresent and omnipotent.
"I and the Father are one." --John 10:30
Also remember in the word God also manifests Himself in the burning bush (Exodus 3:2), as "Commander of the Lord's army" (Joshua 5:13-15), and as the Son of God in the fiery furnace (Daniel 3:25), all before the birth and revelation of Jesus Christ. If the Father is in heaven and Jesus is the human incarnation of God, I would have to say it was the Spirit revealing the Lord in these other forms. At the end of the day, they all represent one God.
In Numbers chapter 22, remember the Lord even uses a donkey to speak for Him. Let us not write off a brother or sister's testimony of a revelation of God because it seems too "unbelievable." God's word is filled with manifestations and miraculous works of the Lord that seem unbelievable. But with God all things are possible. Let us always test the spirits, according to the first epistle of John.
